Terms of Service — SEPANAI.COM

1. Who operates the service

SEPANAI.COM and SocialMedia by SEPANAI.COM are operated by Ahmad Zafarani, trading as Ashna4all, in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean that operator.

2. What these terms cover

These Terms apply when you use SEPANAI.COM services, including private trials, AI-assisted workspace features, account features, and SocialMedia by SEPANAI.COM content management, scheduling, publishing and connections to third-party platforms such as TikTok and Meta services.

3. Account access

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts and services that you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security measures.

4. Connecting third-party accounts

If you connect a supported third-party account, you authorise us to use the permissions you approve for the purpose of providing the feature you requested. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, policies, availability rules and technical restrictions. Where supported, you may disconnect an account through SEPANAI.COM or revoke access through the third-party service.

5. Content and publishing

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transform and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and provide the AI, publishing, scheduling, preview, storage or other actions you request.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, process or publish. You must not use the service to create, upload or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious or unauthorised content.

6. User control over external actions

SocialMedia is designed so that publishing actions are initiated or approved by the authorised user. Where scheduling is used, the scheduled instruction is created by the user in advance. The shared SEPANAI AI Core in the current private preview produces results and proposed actions but does not itself silently perform consequential external actions. If a future feature supports expressly authorised automation, the scope and control for that automation must be made clear before it is enabled.

7. AI-assisted features

AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. You should review material outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions or sending, publishing, filing or otherwise acting on them.

The service may route AI requests between approved model providers for reliability, privacy, quality and cost reasons. The specific underlying model may change without changing the user-facing purpose of the feature.

Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, AI output is assistance, not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice where qualified professional judgement is required.

8. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, introduce malware, misuse another person's account, expose credentials or secrets through prompts, scrape the service in a way that harms its operation, or use the service in breach of applicable law or a connected platform's rules.

9. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend or withdraw features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform compatibility, model availability, cost control or product development. Third-party integrations and AI providers can change or stop working outside our control.

10. Private trials and early access

Some services may be offered as a private trial or early-access feature. Trial access may be limited, changed or ended. Applying for a trial does not guarantee acceptance or continued access. Private preview features may have lower usage limits or additional safety controls while they are being evaluated.

11. Fees

If a paid plan or paid feature is offered, the price and billing terms shown at the point of purchase will apply. We will not charge you unless the relevant price and payment terms have been presented to you and you have agreed to them.

12. Intellectual property

The service, software, interface, branding and original materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, connected platforms or legal rights, or where these Terms are materially breached. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account or personal-data deletion where applicable.

14. Disclaimers and liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the operation of third-party platforms and AI providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party outages, account restrictions or changes outside our control.

15. Privacy

Our handling of personal information, including AI workspace content and operational audit metadata, is explained in the applicable Privacy Policy. SocialMedia by SEPANAI.COM may also provide a dedicated privacy notice for connected social accounts and publishing data.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights and protections that apply to you under the law of the country where you live.
